*All online orders must be a MINIMUM of $25.00 We must have your v code( which is the last 3 numbers on the back of your card where you sign) entered in the comments block.

The credit card address must be the same as your billing address. If the billing address you submit does not match with the address displayed on your credit card statement our staff will contact you for verification and security purposes. To have an order shipped to a different address, please check the box that indicates different Delivery Address on our shopping check out page.  We reserve our right not to ship at a delivery address different from billing address.

All orders are delivered by either UPS or Freightliner. We currently only ship merchandise to customers in the United States of America.

• UPS will accept COD check or money orders only, no cash. 
• Sorry, we cannot ship furniture COD.
• *Additional freight charges may apply to Western States: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY.
• A shipping fee of $6.99 will appy to credit card orders less than $75.
• Orders paid for by COD fee will incur a $9.00 COD fee
• Orders delivered to a Residential address will incur a $3.75 residential delivery fee.

• Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the receipt date.
• All returns must be authorized and variable restocking fee will apply.
• Merchandise returned must be in 'as mailed' condition, unused and complete with box, packaging and instructions (if applicable).
• To ensure proper processing of returned merchandise, please contact us directly before mailing the product.
• All unacceptable COD returns will be billed $15.00
• Cancellation fees will apply for non-stock furniture returns or order cancellations.
